Terms & Conditions

This agreement is between the consignee ("you") and the consigner, 3peat LA LLC ("we"). If you have any questions or concerns regarding this agreement, feel free to contact us.

You fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions upon utilizing the consigner's services:

(a) Your Balance: Any sales will automatically be added to your balance and any fees owed to us will automatically be deducted from your balance. Your balance will be maintained by us in US Dollars.

(b) Right to Judge: We fully reserve the right to decide what to consign and reserve final judgment for after directly inspecting your items in person. If any items we receive are rejected for any reason, your account will incur return shipping fees.

(c) Right to Retain: If your account carries a negative balance you agree to pay any negative balances prior to the shipment of any of your items.

(d) Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any consignment item and return it to you for any reason. Your account will incur return shipping fees.

(e) Clearance of Funds: Please allow up to 5 business days for any funds to clear with our bank.

(f) Rates & Fees: The rates and fees are determined at time of consignment, and will remain constant for the duration of consignment. Any rate changes will not apply to existing items.

(g) Storage Conditions: We promise to handle your inventory with extreme caution, and our facilities are climate controlled. However, we are not liable for damage caused by standard transport and storage operations, or for any natural aging and deterioration over time.

(h) Postal Insurance: Any items lost or damaged in the mail will be dealt with through the postal carrier. Final refunds and insurance claims will be paid after all processing is complete.

(i) Privacy Policy: All your information will be used solely for the purposes of the service, and will never be shared with any third parties without the consent of the customer.

(j) Correspondence: All correspondence from us will be delivered to the email provided at registration.

(k) Modifying Terms: We may agree to modified terms on a case to case basis. If we do, please request proof in writing.

(l) Right to Revise: We reserve the right to revise this agreement at any time, with notice. Upon notification, if you decide to retract any consigned items, you will incur return shipping fees.
